I’ve been doin some soul searching lately. I have some things in my life that I need to change, pain I need to let go before it eats me. Right now that pain is startin to show its ugly head again. I can’t let what has happened in the past affect the present or future. Maybe one day I will talk to her about it…….

You should try talking to about with her and you might feel some weight lifted off your shoulders...it will be like a good BM. but if you hold it in, it will be nothing but toxic.
